This past weekend The Hamilton Reserve Wrestling team placed 4th at the Northwest  Duals.  They defeated Mount Healthy in the 1st round and Western Hills in the 3rd.  A note from the Western Hills match- Every wrestler for the blue earned a victory and every wrestler won by pinfall.  Unfortunately the Blue fell to Anderson in the 2nd round and then Springboro in the finals. Undefeated Standouts for the Blue were Junior Guttierez who went 4-0, winning by technical fall in the finals; Jordan Baily and Zach Wyatt who each were 3-0; Brandon Geyer and Ricardo Ferrer, both went 4-0 with 4 pinfalls.  Matt Hinkle, Daquon Mitchell, Donnie Rich, Ruben Portillo, Timmy Jones, all went 3-1.

Hamilton Reserve lost to the Lasalle Lancers on Wednesday.  Starting strong, Brandon Geyer earned a technical fall early in the 2nd period. But eventually the Blue fell 42-29.  Donnie Rich, Daquon Mitchell, Junior Guttierez, Zach Wyatt all had pin-falling victories for the Big Blue.
