Private lessons are a wonderful opportunity for every band student.  It is impossible to give every band student individual attention during class since multiple instruments are being taught at the same time.  Private lessons provide “one on one” instruction with a teacher who specializes on your child’s instrument.  Lessons can help the student who seems to fall behind the class as well as broaden the musical experience of the best players.  Your child will learn much faster, be less frustrated, and enjoy playing his/her instrument more with the assistance of a private teacher.
